Hey Everybody, How are you all?
Today I will be focusing on a very important component i.e Mental Wellness and Physical Fitness.
So I would like to ask you guys, How would you define Mental wellness or being Mentally Fit or Mental Stability?
I know you all will say that, To be positive or to just be fit so that we are able to handle difficult situations.
You all correct to some extent but I am here to Brush up your Mind.
 
 
Look Every single Cell present in your body reacts to the way you think. So you have to be very clear in your thoughts. Actually, Mental wellness refers to the situation where your mind is able to adapt accordingly to the situation and sort out its solution. It is the power of an individual in which he able to identify his abilities and work according to them. This provides the advantage to do things or play in the field according to his strengths
Your brain is like a muscle which when trained gives the best results out it. Like we train our muscles to strengthen them.
In the field, there are lots of challenges coming up like pressure situations, the pressure of performing well, etc. That's the time when you have to show how mentally stable you are, how you are behaving in pressure situations. You have to adapt yourself to the situation according to your strengths and tackle it.
Some Powerful Ways in which you can build mental stability-
# Focus on one thing at a time
Do not overlap yourself with different things.
# Give yourself a daily (Mindfulness Break)
Analyze your day to day activities and identify the key points which give you the maximum
# Acceptance
Learn to accept things in the way they are, Don't complain about the things you don't have control over.
Recognize that the one thing you can always control is your own response and attitude, and use those attributes effectively.
The above attributes if practiced continuously will give you desired results.
Becoming a mentally strong person takes practice and mindfulness. It requires tuning in to your bad habits and making a point of learning new habits to replace them. And sometimes it simply means learning to get out of your own way and let things happen.
The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us but those who win battles we never see them fight.
