Will RCB Win IPL 2020?

Don’t judge a book by its cover is the quote we all must have heard in our lifetime, right? But why don't people apply this thought in real life? I am not a really big fan of RCB but today I will express what I feel for this team, which has Virat Kohli, who is one of the highest-paid cricketers. I really feel that there might be some loose ends because of which this team has not won IPL yet. Like every year people have again started trolling this team. As you all might have read how few statements have caused so much controversy which was related to Virat Kohli and his performance. But leaving these things apart I will discuss how this team can win IPL 2020 and due to what reasons can it lose IPL 2020. While I think that the RCB may or may not win the trophy even this year, considering how Kohli leader struggled to lead his team in the crucial stages of the tournament, but as no one can assure anything to 100%, as we all would have never thought that there are some tiny creatures in nature that can make human life horrendous.

Admitted that Kohli’s fast coming to be regarded as the Captain who's choking, but under his tutelage, India has made (at least) the semi-final of any tournament that is an achievement initself. Although most of these were also attributed to Dhoni's guidance, his captainship in theNew Zealand T20 Series and the 2019 World Cup showed that he was on his own as a clevercaptain. In addition, the COVID break will help him redirect his mind and look at the gamedifferently, which might turn out to be just the kind of fresh start Bangalore needs this season.IPL 2020 may be a season for the RCB to qualify for the playoffs and to offer significant competition to other teams. But at this moment, nothing could be said for sure. Their team is very balanced this season compared to their previous season, but the middle class still relies on AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli. That could prove fatal to their hopes. In Katich and Mike Hesson, the RCB has two of the best modern-day strategies in the game. Although Hesson's contribution to cricket is invaluable, given that he was the man behind the rise of the fast-paced and creative cricket brand New Zealand is playing these days, let's not forget that Katich was instrumental behind making KKR the consistent outfit that it became in the IPL. Therefore, with the support staff having an established track record of making the team's fortunes, it will be fascinating to see the kind of improvements they bring about in the RCB game. One of the key reasons Bangalore was not doing so well in the tournament was the lack of support for Kohli and
AB.

It was almost aggressive to the India of the 1990s, where Tendulkar was considered a game ofopposition. But this season, they filled the holes by making some smart purchases. Aaron Finchat the top of the order is a smart choice, given the experience, he brings with him and his explosive style of batting. Granted he didn't really perform at the IPL, but let's not forget his leadership experience with the captain of the Australian team, who will be really helpful to Kohli when making difficult on-the-field decisions. In the case of Udana and Morris, RCB was able toadd a semblance of order to their side, which was largely off-balance due to the number of runs they had leaked during the death overs. Even if his numbers from the last IPL don't say thatMorris is an extremely reliable bowler at death and could be trusted 9 times out of 10 to defend 15 runs in the last round. Likewise, if Udana is to play, it will be a viable asset on the slow and low pitches of Dubai with its variations and off-cutters. In addition, both Udana and Morris are fearful hitters of the ball, allowing their top order to play with far more flexibility in the power play. We all can predict but rest is the future! That’s why I was told never to judge a book by its cover! So tell me what do you all think, what are your views on this topic?
